Very Large Scale Integrated Circuits Testing Service

The testing team of the Aerospace BMTI Packaging and Testing Center mainly does testing program development, IC testing verification and production testing. The team has the domestic leading IC ATE（Automated Test Equipment）and testing condition, owns the professional ability of program development, In recent years, this team undertakes the manned space project, the Lunar exploration project, the next generation of navigation project, the strategic and tactical communications satellite and other important aerospace IC testing mission, completed hundreds of thousands of IC testing with none “kinds problems” happened.

The testing team has more than 20 high-performance IC testing equipments can cover the high-reliability testing of VLSI digital circuits, SOC, ADC/DAC, high-speed interface chip, Power Management Integrated Circuits and nearly all kinds of Integrated Circuits. In addition, the team has wafer prober, automatic testing handler, thermostats, high-performance oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and other assistant equipments; a national military standard product line has been established. The testing screen and identify verify method reaches the reliability level of GJB597A and owns the ability testing VLSI circuits.

Reliability Testing Service

Reliability Testing Laboratory of BMTI is equipped with 60 domestic and abroad advanced testing machine, owned completed screening and conformance testing ability for military integrated circuit and diode/transistor.  The laboratory with strong technique application measures in dynamic burn-in test of complicated circuit, high frequency burn-in, mechanical testing for new components and reliability assessment. BMTI can provide reliability assurance services to customers such as screening test, quality conformance inspection, qualification inspection test and reliability assurance assessment.
